Art in Bloom for young people

Join us over 4 Wednesdays in September (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th September)

Explore the environment, unleash your creativity through a series of art-based activities using natural materials. Connect with friends and nature. Explore the gardens through play and art-making. Dive into a world of creativity.

We believe that combining the outdoors with creative processes can help people immerse themselves and escape from everyday anxieties. Outdoor settings are the most inspiring classrooms, providing a place for inspiration, a host for conversation and a bank of natural resources for workshops.

You do not have to attend all the workshops. Young people should bring snacks and water with them.

This workshop will be held at the Windmill Community Gardens in Margate, a beautiful one acre community garden located in Dane Valley Margate, looked after and cared by the community.

This workshop is a part of the Windmill Community Gardens Community Roots Programme which is a new project which has been funded by UK Government, and we are extremely grateful to have this opportunity to collaborate with local facilitators and volunteers, to become a Community Hub for learning and wellbeing.
