Practical Herbalism using local plants workshop with Grace
Join us on Saturday 5th and 19th October from 10:00 - 12:00pm
Join Grace at the gardens for a series of workshops sharing different ways of using local plants, and their benefits. Learn traditional recipes for medicines and ritual. These will include making herbal tinctures (alcohol free), smudge sticks and fire cider.
This workshop will be held at the Windmill Community Gardens in Margate, a beautiful one acre community garden located in Dane Valley Margate, looked after and cared by the community.
This workshop is a part of the Windmill Community Gardens Community Roots Programme which is a new project which has been funded by UK Government, and we are extremely grateful to have this opportunity to collaborate with local facilitators and volunteers, to become a Community Hub for learning and wellbeing.
