Upcycling Workshop with Amina Sefiani x Waste Will Save Us

Join us on Wednesday 4th December for a Upcycling Workshop.

Breathe new life into your wardrobe through the art of upcycling.

Waste Will Save US joins us at the Windmill Community Gardens on 4th December for a fun-filled morning of creativity and sustainability!

At this workshop, you'll be rethinking waste and transforming old items into new by repurposing what we already have. Breathing new life into old clothes and materials that would otherwise end up in landfill.

Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their creativity whilst also nurturing their connection to environment and collective community.
We invite you to BYO (Bring your own garment) and we will provide a selection of foraged items for you to use in the session including food waste paints & waste trash materials as well as fabric swatches, paints & pens, stencils, embroidery threads and the WWSU signature moroccan trim.

To further boost your creativity and in keeping with the shops ritual ethos we will immerse your senses in scent and sound, merging DIY customisation with the following rituals:
The wood burner will be lit so you will be warm comfortable and cosy
Moroccan tea will be served.
Incense will be burned
Music will be played
We look forward to welcoming and hosting you.
