Why hire our community garden?

Windmill Community Gardens Margate is a welcoming community garden where people come together to grow, learn and celebrate. You can hire our beautiful garden for gatherings, workshops, birthdays or small community events.

The community garden offers open green areas, a play space, compost loos and a friendly team to help things run smoothly, we have worked hard to make the site accessible, please look at our accessibility page for more information.

As a registered charity, we’re all about promoting wellbeing, sustainability and community connection through growing and sharing food naturally. Every booking helps support our ethos of caring for people, plants and the planet and keeping the gardens open for everyone to enjoy.
